Dominic LoVerde joined Forde Law Offices after serving as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dominic works in both litigation and government affairs. He focuses on complex commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, violations of consumer protection statutes, product liability claims, plaintiff and defendant class actions, FOIA litigation, and sensitive government and regulatory disputes. Dominic also handles licensing and real estate matters for small businesses at the State and local level. Dominic is a Chicago native, remains actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations in Illinois, and received his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. During law school, Dominic was the President of Loyola’s Student Bar Association, served as a judicial extern in both State and Federal court, and worked in Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s Office of Legislative Counsel and Government Affairs.
