Maple & Ash to pay $75,000 for investors’ attorneys fees

In the latest turn of the Maple & Ash steakhouse legal saga, the steakhouse will pay investor attorneys' fees for a motion that dates back to last summer.

Cook County Circuit Court Judge Alison Conlon ordered Maple & Ash to pay approximately $75,000 in court fees, a $5,000 reduction from the original $81,000 the plaintiffs sought after the steakhouse filed motions against investors saying they violated a confidentiality order back in July.
