Our commercial disputes involve claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, violation of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, tortious interference with contract or business expectancy, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violation of state or federal statutes regulating business practices, such as the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, the Lanham Act, and the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. We also handle shareholder derivative claims, whistleblower actions, public contract bids, declaratory judgment actions and claims seeking emergency injunctive relief. Our commercial litigation lawyers have successfully litigated numerous motions for emergency injunctive relief, both defeating motions for injunctive relief brought against our clients and obtaining injunctive relief on behalf of our clients.
